We possess a combined industry experience of more than 40 years in various industries including Manufacturing, Mining and Energy, Consumer Business, Transport and Logistics and Investment Banking.

Chief Executive Officer
Vusi has more than 22 years experience in the professional services environment ranging from Investment Banking and External Audits in both public and private sector. He has overseen external audits of key public sector clients in all three spheres of government and has deep knowledge and experience in various industries including Mining; Consumer Businesses and Manufacturing.
Mxolisi Mthimkhulu (CA) SA
Chief Operations Officer
Mxolisi has more than 23 years’ experience in the audit and related services environment, a large part of which has been in the leadership roles. His exposure over this period spans across different industries including investment holding companies, mining, construction, manufacturing, services, energy, transport and logistics, telecommunications, non-profit organisations, and public sector.
